In the future, new types of managers are going to be in demand. Executives capable of thinking „outside the box“, bringing along intercultural competencies, mobilizing and inspiring people and primarily capable of successfully implementing concepts and programs.

We offer a targeted program based on a holistic approach featuring fundamentals, conceptions and new instruments of management and corporate management.

The part-time program which leads to the acquisition of an MBA is designed according to the following structure: in the first part, knowledge about current methods and instruments as well as central professional perspectives and developments is imparted. The specializations which we estimate as necessary for general management are offered in the second and third part within the different fields of management. Participants have to opt for specializations at the beginning of the MBA program. The fourth part consequently focuses on the general management perspective as holistic and cross-functional core competence of a modern leadership concept.
